SimonComputing is one of only 11 companies pre-qualified to provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 help desk support, application management and maintenance, and training and systems administration. This five year agreement with a ceiling value of $50 million will support the Systems Development Division (SDD) within the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO).
